Payment and reservation conditions

  • ​The reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit (in the reservation process called a deposit) in the amount of 50% of the total stay:

​

- at the time of booking in case of payment made by the Paypal system on our website

​

 

- within 2 days from the date of making the initial reservation (for stays shorter than three days it is the value of the first day) in the case of payment made directly to our bank account, the date of booking the amount of the deposit on our account counts

​

  • The number of our bank account: Słona Woda Jan Wesołowski, 42 1940 1076 3201 7001 0000 0000. For transfers in Euro: 28 1940 1076 3201 8125 0000 0000.

  • Deposit payment is treated as a booking confirmation. The deposit is non-returnable.

​

 

  • The remaining payment is payable in advance for the entire period of stay at the time of check-in at the guesthouse of Słona Woda.

​

 

  • In the high season, from mid-June to mid-September, we book reservations on a weekly basis, i.e. we prefer stays starting on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays and ending on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. Out of season, high days of arrivals / departures are optional.

  • A refundable deposit of 500 PLN and a resort tax of 4,40 PLN per person per night will be charged on site.

 

Cancellation policy

  • If the deposit is not paid within two days from the date of the initial reservation, it is canceled.

Regulations of the Słona Woda guest house

                 We will be very grateful for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which is intended to ensure peace and security of all guests staying at the Salt Water guest house. By making a reservation by paying the reservation fee, the guest explicitly confirms the acceptance of the regulations of the Słona Woda guest house.

1. Booking a stay in a guest house is possible after confirming the payment of the deposit.

2. The hotel day starts from 14:00 to 18:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.

3. Extension of stay and early / late check-in requires the consent of the owner and is only possible in the case of free rooms / apartments.

4. Guests are required to comply with order in the property. The curfew is valid from 22:00 to 7:00 in the morning.

5. Formalities related to the check-in, spa fee (PLN 4,40 / person-night), payment for the stay and deposit (PLN 500) are made on the day of arrival.

6. The basis for checking in the guest is to show an identity document with a photo and make payments as above. in p. 5.

7. After confirming the payment of the down payment, the rest of the fee is collected in cash or by card, while the deposit and spa fee only in cash.

8. The shortening of guests' stay at the Słona Woda guest house does not entitle them to request a refund of the fee already paid.

9. The guest cannot make the room / apartment available to persons not checked in.

10. The guest house provides guests with on-site parking, if there are free spaces. The car park is free and unguarded and intended only for passenger cars. Guests park their vehicles on the property without concluding a contract for the storage of these vehicles and the things and money left in them, or any other contract of a similar nature. The Owner of the Facility is not responsible for the loss, destruction or damage of these vehicles and the property left in them.

11. All possible defects in the facility and other problems regarding its functioning, arising during use, guests are required to report to the owner on a regular basis. In the event of a more serious accident, a Salt Water employee will enter the room to rectify the problem.

12. The guest house is not responsible for the unavailability of utilities supplied from the outside of the object, as well as their effects and they can not affect the cost of stay.

13. Please report any defects on arrival. No notification is treated as no faults.

14. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by them on the property. They are obliged to pay compensation for these damages when handing over the room / apartment keys. The cost of compensation is first settled on the deposit - according to calculations indicated by the owner, in accordance with the current purchase or repair prices of these things. If the value of the damage caused exceeds the value of the deposit, the guest is obliged to cover the difference in cash.

15. The Guest House may refuse to accept a Guest who during the previous stay grossly violated the Regulations of the Salt Water guest house, in particular by causing damage to the hotel property or property of the Guest, damage to the Guest guest house staff or other persons staying at the above-mentioned facility . 14. Only guests are authorized to permanently stay on the premises of the Facility, while children and young people under 18 years of age are only allowed to look after their parents / guardians. Persons staying on the premises of the Facility at the invitation of guests are required to leave the area until 22.00. 15. Persons not registered in the hotel cannot stay in the guest room. Breaking this entry will result in accommodation and charging guests PLN 120 for each unregistered person.

16. The owner or a person authorized by him has the right to remove guests before the end of the stay in the event of a breach of the principles of social coexistence and security. In this case no refund will be given for further stay - without any right to compensation.

17. Blankets / bedspreads / rugs as well as bedding and towels prepared in the rooms / apartments are intended only for use inside the Guest House. These are not things intended for outdoor use. 17. Guests leaving the room each time should check if the doors and windows are closed.

18. Guests receive a set of keys at their disposal, which they are required to return on the day of departure. Guests are required to keep the room key with due diligence. In the event of its loss, guests will be charged the cost of replacing two lock inserts in the amount of PLN 200.

19. Guest House is not responsible for the loss of items owned by guests (including: money, valuables, securities).

20. Guests undertake to use the room or apartment only for residential purposes, use the property entrusted to them in a manner consistent with its intended purpose, take care of cleanliness and order and leave them in good condition upon departure. Organizing parties is prohibited.

21. There is a total ban on smoking tobacco, electronic cigarettes and other drugs inside the Facility, except for the space intended for this (terrace in front of the building). In addition, it is forbidden to use irons, stoves, heaters and heating devices except those included in the Facility, as well as other devices that may cause a fire hazard. Finding a breach of the abovementioned ban in the House results in the loss of the deposit.

22. We do not accept animals at the Dom Słona Woda guesthouse.

23. In case of any comments and reservations regarding the level of services in the Facility, they should be reported in person to the Facility owner or by phone - 513186635.

24. Invited persons by guests staying on the premises of the Facility accept the above Regulations without reservation and undertake to comply with it.

25. Dom Gościnny Słona Woda reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time.
